About Us
The gallery is run by Mark Graver (MA Camberwell UK) and Tania Booth (BA. Christchurch NZ) and complements the existing on site businesses -
Mark has written a book on Non Toxic Printmaking for A&C Black, London, which will be published internationally in Jan. 2011 and it is through Mark’s connections with printmakers around the world that many of the proposed shows have developed.
He also runs the Wharepuke Print Studio, NZ’s only dedicated non toxic fine art printmaking workshop and exhibits at Solander gallery, Wellington, the 7th International British Mini Print show, London and 2 year UK tour, and an International Non Toxic Printmaking Exhibition in Monterrey, Mexico.
In June his work was included in an International Print show in Istanbul, Turkey and he is now working on a UNESCO backed Art for Humanity Print portfolio project for South Africa 2010 in collaboration with Wellington poet Mike Eager.
Mark is a painter and printmaker. He runs a non-toxic printmaking studio and courses onsite for those wanting to learn non-toxic techniques from beginners to professional development.
Tania also manages 5 eco cottages on site and has assisted uncle Chris Booth sculptor on projects around the world.
